MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Mirasol experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

Mirasol Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies. 

If you indicate permission to enter on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Las Vegas, NV! 

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you are locked out during business hours, the onsite team is happy to help. If you are locked out after-hours, please call the after hours emergency maintenance line. 

AMENITIES

Mirasol has assigned covered parking for our residents and plenty of open guest parking.

Mirasol is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. We permit dogs and cats and up to 2 pets per home. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

At Mirasol, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with a gas-range stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Plus, a full-size washer and dryer are ready to help tackle chores and give you time back in your day. Find out more by visiting our Amenities Page!

Our Las Vegas apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

We aim to approve all applications within 24-48 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of cashier's checks or money orders. There are also several locations where you can make payments through WIPS. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

Our Renter's Insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party.We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy.  If you have any questions about the Renter's Insurance policy at Mirasol, please contact our leasing office!

At Mirasol all of our units are already set up with Managed Wifi and Cable thru Cox.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes and costs.

At these Las Vegas apartments you will be responsible for setting up your electricity with NV Energy and your gas with Southwest Gas, all other utilities (water, sewer, tras, cable & wifi) will be set up by Mirasol and billed monthly.

At Mirasol, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at Mirasol.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Clark County School District. 

Come visit us and find your new home! For easy directions from where you are, you can use our Google Business Profile or call our leasing team for additional directions. We are just West of Eastern on Warm Springs Rd.

All are welcome to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Las Vegas get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Las Vegas, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate, but within our community there is little noise heard by neighbors.

Being located in the heart of Las Vegas means access to everything you need is yours! We have many grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers right nearby. Grab your fresh groceries at Albertson's or Walmart Neighborhood Market, before heading to your apartment to cook your latest favorite recipe. Meet up with friends on the weekend and fill your oversized closet with new finds from the shopping centers right nearby like the Galleria at Sunset or the South Premium Outlet. We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

At our apartments in Las Vegas, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees like utilities and cable.

Mirsol does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Subletting and short term rentals are strictly prohibited.

To make sure Mirasol is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do not rent out our amenity spaces they are ready for your use without any charges!

The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits,  prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office! Prior to move-in you will receive exact charges for your move-in day!
